Superior Ambulance Services

I'd like to commend the crew who came to my assistance when I broke my leg the morning of 10/17/15. I couldn't have asked for a more compassionate, caring crew. The male EMT who was in charge immediately put me at ease & explained everything he was doing; & did a great job of easing my fears & pain. Please relay to these professionals how grateful I am that they answered my call. I couldn't have asked for better care. My sincere thanks.

On October 4, 2015 a first responder unit answered a 911 call to our home. While this call was strange and confusing, your team acted very professionally and quickly to begin life support techniques on my father. While their efforts were not fruitful, their efforts are praised, along with the compassion they showed us during this time. May God bless you and keep you safe.

"I never realized how valuable the Binghamton Fire Department paramedics were, as well as the people from Superior Ambulance, until recently, when they came to my rescue. I was unconscious due to an infection that had gotten out of hand, and I was running a 105-degree fever. My husband called 911 and, from what he tells me, the paramedics were here within minutes with the ambulance close behind. I am most grateful to these gentlemen, whoever they are. Everyone at the hospital told me they saved my life."

"Thank you for all of your help! You were great during a very busy time in our ER. You were a huge help! We really appreciate everything you did and staying with the patient until the neurosurgeon came and saw the patient. Your team work and professionalism were awesome! God Bless!"

I want to say thank you and recognize the two EMT’s that responded to the call involving my other. These girls were amazing. They were very comforting to my mother who was very uneasy about the situation. The girls were overall cheery and friendly, while keeping it professional, making a not so good situation much more bearable.

They even took the time to reassure my grandsons, who were quite nervous and upset about their GG going in an ambulance, that all was going to be okay. They stayed in the emergency department until my mother was all settled. It was more than we could have hoped for.

Thank you again ladies for going above and beyond, making our experience a truly warm and friendly one.

"Thank you for being do helpful to me on this day of my accident. I crashed my car on Rt 17. The “boys” that were in the ambulance really made a scary time be not-so-scary... Thank you for doing what you do- and doing it so well!"
